Upcoming Semester

Yesterday marked the end of Christmas vacation for my brother, and this upcoming Sunday will be something similar for me too, even though my classes don't actually start until the following Wednesday.

I should probably order my books finally, right? Right. I had to wait until the first of January in case I was getting any financial aid for them, and then when that day rolled around I kept forgetting to fill out the form actually asking for financial aid. Turned out to be a really easy one-question form, too. Now I need to get my books.

Here's hoping this upcoming semester will be a great one! Three of my classes are with teachers I already had last semester, and I'm in total love with my English class that's being taught by the same professor I had last semester.

Ooo, did I tell you I'm taking a writing class this semester? I think it's actually a blogging class! Does that mean this blog will be affected somehow? Hopefully only in a positive way.

I'm a little worried about French this semester. I love the language, but I haven't looked at my note cards once this break like I should to keep up with what I learned last semester. Now I just have one more week to relearn everything before the next course begins. But mostly I'm worried about the extra stuff. Pray with me, please, that any out-of-classroom activities I may to do will be something I can do in good conscience.

Well, now you know three of my upcoming classes. Maybe I'll tell you about the other two later, but for now it's probably best if I don't reveal all my upcoming courses. I know I'm not mentioning any names, for college and professors and formal class names, but it still might be better Internet-safety-wise to reserve some of this stuff. For now, anyways.
